Nortech Screw Feeders
The Nortech Screw Feeder is a PLC controlled, pneumatic-mechanical system, complete with down movement of the bowl or shuttle and tilting blade. With the complete control to setup the selection of each screw, and specify its movement to the screwdriver each time the operator presses the button/lever of the driver, the Nortech Screw Feeder offers a precise, high performance, practical addition to any assembly line.
Available for handheld or fully automated operations, our screw feeder and rivet feeder units deliver optimum efficiency, easy maintenance, and a high level of user-friendliness courtesy of their plug-in control modules.
Our screw feeders and rivet feeders are built to last, with their vibratory bowls coated with a tough polymer lining; sound deadening, steel enclosures; and hardened escapements and tracks manufactured from ground tool steel. These toughened components ensure a long service life and ultimate fastener protection. The jaws of our feeders can also be customised to suit specific screws and rivets, whilst the wider unit can be used to support both air or electric tools as well as torque reaction arms.
